Good Lord!!!

I haven't written a single word on any story in six days. Six full days. This has never happened to me before.

I need help.

Most of you know that I've been put under a ton of stress recently. Stephanie breaking up with her boyfriend, the fighting that went on between her and Jessica, loosing Koz. I'm not sure what is causing my problems here, if it is stress related or not. All I know is that I am having a terrible time staying awake. I want to sleep all the time, I find my eyes closing and then realize when I finally pry them open I don't remember anything from the last five minutes.

Does anyone else have anything like this?

This is my Jessica, the friend of Stephanie's who has been staying with us. She moved back to Massachusetts a couple of weeks ago and I miss her terribly. She was one of those kids that you could have adopted and kept as your own.

The guy with her is my nephew, Scott. He's a good kid most of the time, or at least until he opens his mouth. These were some of the best pictures we could have gotten.

EXCITING NEWS!!!!

I might have sold a new manuscript to another publishing company. I'm so excited. The publisher told me she loved the strength of my voice and the direction I went with the work. Cross your fingers for me, I would really love to get this done.

Say hello!

To the newest member of my family. His name is Laird Riley Hunter, but we call him Riley. He's pure bred Pomeranian, as well as AKC registered and he's full of piss and vinegar. He's two months old now but when he's full grown, he'll only be a bit over five pounds.

This is my other dog, Rico. He's pure bred Yorkshire Terrier, though I think that should be terror. I've had him since he was six weeks old and he thinks I'm his. I got him after I got Kozzi, he was one of the ugliest Yorky puppies I've ever seen, but he's much cuter now. I guess he just had to grow on me.

My sister

She is beautiful, intelligent, witty, with a sarcastic bent that can make me laugh every time. She just dumped her boyfriend of one year and eight months. Mostly because he was being a

jerk to her all the time. Now, even after almost two weeks, she is miserable, crying and driving me nuts. Help!!!

A Beloved Friend

He was my best friend, my ear when I needed to talk, my companion no matter what time of the day or night. He never minded listening or complained that I talked too much or that he was watching television could we do this later. He snored at night, a sound that gave me comfort and made me know I wasn't alone. He complained occasionally , but was easily appeased by a back rub or a kiss. He passed away June 12, 2007.

His name was Kama Kozzi. He was my Yorkshire Terrier, my friend, my family more than some of the human members ever could be. He made me smile with his silliness, laugh even when I didn't have anything to laugh about. He stayed beside me when I couldn't move through the pain, crawled with me when I couldn't stand up. He let me cry on his shoulder more than once, never minding when I got his fur wet.

Koz was an amazing friend and I was blessed to have him in my life. I will miss him desperately, shed tears for him and be glad that he is no longer in any pain. I love you , Koz!

It's been a while since I've updated my blog.

Life has been pretty much the same. I'm still working hard at my writing. We've had some changes. My kid sister's friend moved in with us. Then life around here became world war three. They suddenly couldn't stand each other. So if you've ever had two teenage girls in the same house that hated each other, you'll understand everything I mean.


Jessica, Steph's friend, is graduating from high school and will be leaving me as of next week. I'll miss her. She was a lot of fun having around.
