"Thank you for the mention on your blog. But do go on and tell the real story about how your loyal fans started this whole mess. Why no mention of the troll bashing, what did the anonymous comment made have to do with his penis size. Just tell the truth! Anonyman "
First of all sir, I didn't make any comments to the person who left the nasty comment in the beginning. I looked at the structure and content of his comment and realized that English must be his second language and left it at that. Comments that are so poorly written and unintelligible matter little to me.
Now, if he'd gone and commented that my prose lacked imagination and that my narrative was weak, or that my premise was badly done and my characters lacked substance, I might have been tempted to give him some credit.
Secondly, I said nothing about anyone's penis size, that was one of my fans who felt the need to stand up for me. As authors we take enough bashings from the public and this certain fan, who is also an author and a darned good one, had had enough that day. Forgive me if I feel more loyalty to a woman who is smart, steadfast and loyal than I do to an anonymous critic who hated my work because the writing was funny. I feel in no way as if I need to apologize for her or any of my fans who enjoy my work and stand up for me. If they wish to, than that is their own perogative.
You, on the other hand, came into the situation, belittled these people, and even said you were rating it down because you hadn't read it and wouldn't read it. How is that fair or even sporting? Then, when I write you a nice email back, I get my words twisted around and another comment left. I would prefer to do this in private, you refuse and keep it public.
My question, why read my blog if you won't read my work? Why pick on me and my writing when you haven't even sampled it? I hope, sir, that you won't take this the wrong way. But I pray that you won't contact me again. Negative people leave a bad taste in my mouth. Have a nice day.

Actually I rated it up to 50% because I hadn't read your story. And if you recall, my issue was with your fans until you decided to get into it. I fear that if you have a distaste for negative people, your "friends or fans" must truly disgust you. It is your obligation to monitor those posts, as you have told me you will delete any future posts of mine. Why stop there is my question? Delete all the negative posts, the posts from trolls and the negative posts from fans as well. As you are so concerned with being fair, wouldn't this serve the purpose? Be fair, that's all I ask.
